Once in three years the pictoresque Zunderdorp hosts a farmers market.
More than 200 volunteers offer you a unique view of life in the countryside.
There are honest and delicious products on sale. Fresh produce from the land.
Also interesting bargains.
An event for the whole family.
(The organisation of this event is in the hands of the church of Zunderdorp)
I am not a person who is crazy about the country side lifestyle. But I think important to bring the kids to these sort of events.
Just check some of the houses:
The front doors deserve a post of their own !
The entrance to the event: we were welcomed by a path with colourful chickens.
The profit generated by this event goes to the manutention/repair of the local church.
And creative clothing to be spotted...

Yes, plenty of activities for the kids. Not only apple pies were being sold, but also aromatic hamburgers. I spotted a beautiful old chair in the brocante market, but could not make an offer for I hadn't taken enough money with me. By the way, there were free activities as well - such as lambs and rabbits to cuddle in a little "farm"..
And creative clothing to be spotted...
My little girl could not resist a poney ride
Even very little ones went for a ride...
Hahahaha ! Platinum blond and very darling !
Because we had arrived during the end of the afternoon many kids had already gone home. Anyway, I liked it and consider going there again the next time (2015!). The little village borders Amsterdam North and is very pretty.

They raise children on a farm?! Hee hee! Just my silly sense of humour ;)
This looks really cool! I love those swans in the window.
Lindo, lindo, lindo
Bjs
I used to go to these kinds fo fairs all the time with my parents. It's been a while since I've been to one but I always enjoyed them.
