E sao gostosos? Porque os doces francesas sao lindos de morrer, mas nao sao bons como os do brasil. Ai ai ai meu regime...

Mirelle: os doces brasileiros a base de doce de leite sao de um altissimo nivel. Nossos pudins e rocamboles tambem. Doces franceses tem espuma e sao sem alma, desculpa ai mas e' a verdade. Aqueles folhados... argh ! odeio. Das sobremesas francesas so gosto de ganache e tarte au citron. Minto: tarte tatin e creme brulee, que sem falsa modestia: o pessoal diz que faco muito bem !!!!Esses da foto sao de bom chocolate e/ou marzipan. Nao ligo pra doces/patisserie de qualquer jeito... (com excecao da tarte au citron, claro !)

The chocolates in the third photo (bird's nests) -- are absolutely delicious. Everyone who likes chocolate must try them -- I am stockpiling them like crazy.

The nests are indeed the best. There is a similar nest recipe in Nigella's book. Yep A'dam: the shop is just near Tuschinski theater. Watch this speace cause there are more "lekkernijen" coming up !

As ovelhas sao lindas demais, que overdose de chocolate... to aqui ja olhando pro meu ovo na prateleira! hahaha
