Fish Stall [Viskraam]

When I came from school with my kids today I passed along this fish stall. The kids started asking me whether I had some money in my pockets. I realised I had some euros and then they started to implore for some fried "kibbeling" (codfish). I said "ok" then I bought two portions of cod with garlic sauce. They ate it at home and loved it.

While the owner was busy frying fish and with the back to me I took some pics...

What a feast for you and your kids! Do they like garlic sauce?
In the viskraam here in my neighbourhood they have 1 pound of kibbeling for 6 euros on Wednesdays ;) lekker!

Aledys: I think it's expensive in my village. That's why my kids know I do not take money with me, only "pinpas". So that we do not fall into tempatations... Oh, and the garlic sauce is quite "flauw".

We have a similar but smaller fish stall near my office. In the lunch time when it is a nice weather (sometimes also when it is not so nice weather) and people are so tired eating in company restaurant they go for a small walk and fish at this fish stall, I dont eat fish but what i hear from that, its " heel lekker" :)
